Our level of integration allows Turbomachinery Products to produce
complete rotating assemblies including quality metallic and thermal
barrier coatings as well as R&O support for engine manufacturers,
major airlines and the industrial gas turbine market. Our core areas
of expertise include:
- Grinding all types of high production turbine airfoils for both low-pressure and high-pressure applications
- Manufacturing stationary products such as vanes, vane rings, shrouds, and nozzle segments
- Machining rotating components, for example, disks up to 40 inches in diameter, impellers, and integrally bladed rotors up to 22 inches in diameter
- Application of high temperature corrosion-resistant diffusion coatings
- Full R&O services from incoming evaluation, coating removal, structural and dimensional repair, coating reapplication to part finishing

- HVOF interface cleaning, which provides excellent micro-roughness-bonding between base metal and coating
We have built our reputation on implementing advanced technology
using multi-axis conventional grinding, and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride)
to grind complex geometries. Capabilities include 5-axis milling,
curvic grinding, broaching, spin & balance. Our quality management
system is certified to ISO 9002 and AS9100 in addition to NADCAP
approvals for special processes. With complete program
management (from buying material to delivery of final product) and
continuous improvement activities utilizing LEAN methodology and
cellular manufacturing, Turbomachinery Products efficiently produces
engine ready turbine components on-time to meet the customer’s
requirements.
We supply turbine engine products to the world’s leading engine
manufacturers including GE Aircraft, Honeywell International,
Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft,
Hamilton Sundstrand, MTU, and GM EMD. We also furnish products
directly to the US Government in support of Military contracts.
Repair and Overhaul capabilities, for both aircraft engines and
Industrial Gas Turbines, are available at our Peabody,
Massachusetts, Greenwood, South Carolina and Houston, Texas,
locations. Commercial, regional and bizjet engine component
repairs, which include product assessment, structural repair and
re-coating, are performed in Peabody. Industrial Gas Turbine R&O
work is done in our Greenwood and Houston locations, where we
specialize in applying state-of-the-art protective coatings.
Turbomachinery Products is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona with
manufacturing operations in Chandler and Tempe, Arizona and in
Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. R&O operations are in Peabody,
Massachusetts and IGT operations are in Greenwood, South Carolina
and Houston, Texas.
